Letter delivery

The items sent as a letter are:

heat transfer labels, stick-on labels, stickers, packs of labels, bracelets and bags

Letters are delivered within 2 to 7 working days of your order being processed (which takes 24/48 hours), provided that payment has been received.

(Excluding holidays and sales)

The default shipping method is “standard letter” (delivered directly through your letterbox).

We also offer letter delivery with online tracking (delivered directly through your letterbox).

For tracked letter deliveries, once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link so that you can track your order’s status online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postal costs.

Parcel delivery

The items sent as a parcel are:

Lunch boxes, water bottles, cushions, mugs, accessories...

Packages are dispatched within 3 to 10 working days of your order being processed (which takes 24/48 hours), provided that payment has been received.

(Excluding holidays and sales)

For tracked parcel (Colissimo) deliveries, once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link so that you can track your order’s status online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postal costs. We advise you to group your purchases together in a single order.

We cannot group two different orders together, so you will have to pay shipping fees for both of them.

Great care is taken of parcels containing fragile products.
